We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. During busy periods such as sales, promotions, or holidays, processing times may take slightly longer.

Please note that once an order has been handed to the courier, delivery is outside of our control and we cannot be responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Returns & Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Personalised or made-to-order items (including custom scent blends, bespoke bundles, or specially requested products) are non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs where possible.
We will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Hygiene Information
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been opened or used, unless they are faulty.
